By using DateGenie you agree to these terms. They’re short on purpose.

Suggestions, not guarantees

DateGenie suggests itineraries using third-party data and automated planning. Opening hours, prices, availability, reservations, travel times and weather can be wrong or change without notice. Spend figures are estimates. Always confirm the details with the venue before you go. We aren’t affiliated with the venues we suggest and don’t book anything on your behalf.

Your safety and choices

You’re responsible for your plans, your travel and your safety, including following local laws and drinking responsibly. Don’t drink and drive.

Fair use

Don’t abuse the service — for example by scraping it, automating requests, or trying to get around rate limits. We may limit or block access to protect the service.

Third-party services

Venue information is provided by Google Maps Platform and is subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Weather data is from Open-Meteo.

No warranty

DateGenie is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses arising from your use of the service or from relying on its suggestions.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we’ll change the date above.
